In this way, you turn your eyes six loops in the direction of counter-clockwise. In the lump, you do both of these twice. Every time you turn your eyeballs, you should try your best to a high-point. When you are in the condition of relaxing, you look at your front, and gently taking a breath, opening your eyes gradually, stopping for a while, and then breathing out your carbon dioxide, along with closing your eyes slowly. Do this nine times in succession.
Third, massage your eyes. When you are doing this, it’s better for you to sit down. Close your eyes and relax yourself, and then quickly rub your hands until they are hot. Forth, wash your eyes. One thing you have to do when you are washing your eyes is to remember to turn your eyes. Doing this you are able to wash away some injurants and dust in your eyes.
